Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. This 14-day cancellation period starts on the day after you received the last product or component of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that this right does not apply in certain circumstances, including:

  • If the product has been used
  • If the product has been customized or tailored specifically for you
  • If the product’s seal has been broken

If you wish to return an item, kindly email us at info@blossomharbor.nl, specifying the items you’d like to return including your order number. Please pack the items securely in their original packaging or another protective packaging to prevent damage during the return process. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and can choose your preferred shipping service. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If everything is all right, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are only reimbursed by Blossom Harbor if the entire order is returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If that is the case, send us an email at info@blossomharbor.nl
