Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years old. How Long We Retain Personal Data

Blossom Harbor does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

The personal data collected for the ordering process will generally be deleted no later than two years after the order.
Inactive accounts will be deleted after two years.
The personal data we use for website analysis will be retained for a maximum of 24 months.
The email address used for our newsletter will be immediately removed from the list upon unsubscribing.

In addition to the above retention periods, we may need to retain certain personal data to comply with statutory retention obligations, such as retaining certain accounting data for 7 years from the end of the year in which the relevant data have lost their current importance for (tax) business operations in connection with our tax retention obligation arising from Article 52 of the Dutch State Taxes Act. The specific retention periods mentioned above may be extended or legal retention periods may become applicable to which we need to comply. We may also retain personal data for a longer period of time if necessary for our legitimate interests, such as for settling legal disputes.

To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.
